With minimalistic yet sleek designs, Shakti Hotel Bandung by Zia (which was previously known as Max One Hotel) has a nice sundeck with a decent-sized infinity-style swimming pool, where you can laze the afternoon away.

Though somewhat cheeky, Shakti Hotel Bandung by Zia has nine rooms which are divided into three themes – Joy, Sincerity, and Love. For families, pick the “Love” room – at a size of 38 square metres, you’ll get one queen-sized bed and twin beds for the kids. With a general white-themed decor with splashes of colour, it gives you a good sense of space.

Although not close to the city centre, the hotel is only a 20-minute drive to Cihampelas Jeans Street and 3 kilometres from Trans Studio.
