If shopping were a sport, Bandung would make for a great training field.
Famously dubbed as ‘Paris van Java’, there’s no questioning the fashion movement in Bandung. Whether you’re hunting for imported branded goods, trendy local fashion or creative knick knacks, it’s safe to say Bandung has it all.
With numerous fashion outlets and stores dotting every city corner, we know that even the best shopaholic can get lost in the trendy towns, especially when time is of essence. So if you only have limited time for shopping, fret not – here’s a two-day shopping guide just for you!
Expect to find all the best recommendations for fashion, food souvenirs, and even cafe and hotel tips so you can enjoy Bandung to the fullest.
We know – when you’re on holiday, every second counts!
Trans Studio – For family adventures and shopping!
Trans Studio is not only a hotspot for shopping, but it also houses Bandung’s most popular amusement park with roller coasters and merry-go-rounds. Perfect for families who want to have fun but also fill their extra luggage with clothes and souvenirs!

1. Get your cowboy on – Tegep Boots (Trans Studio)
Ever wished you could be a cowboy for a day? Do you like the smell of leather? Or maybe you are just a fan of good leather boots?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above, be sure to visit Tegep Boots for leather boots (more famously known as Kasut Legen). The price is still within the 3-figure range (in terms of SGD and RM), but for a pair of good quality handmade leather boots, it is still slightly cheaper than in Singapore and Malaysia.

In Malaysia, a pair of good quality Kasut Legen can cost up to RM26,000. All their boots are handmade with limited designs so you’ll be one of the special ones!
P.S. They only use either crocodile skin or cow skin.
We know that the Muslimah fashion industry is a world of its own and DeMoss is a shopping heaven for those who love being trendy with their hijab and their Arbaya.

But why wait for Eid or a wedding to shop for glitters and drapes when DeMoss offers all sorts of fashion all year round?
