Utama Spice is a traditional skincare company which uses 100% pure natural ingredients in their products. The production is inspired by traditional Balinese techniques.

5. Time for some home spa: Cantika Zest Spa

Besides affordable spa and workshops, Cantika, a homely shop tucked away in a forested village in Ubud, also sells completely organic cosmetic products.

Behind the name Kou is two sister stores in Ubud.

Organic food doesn’t always have to be crazily expensive.

In Canggu shop, you can get healthy, fresh food for reasonable prices. They have the best dried fruit, nuts, all kinds of seeds, coconut sugar and coconut flakes!

And if you are seeking Balinese cheese, this is the place!

Homemade hummus, flavoured kombucha, fresh almond milk or kefir full of probiotics are also items that are not easily found in Bali.

From its exterior, Juice Ja may appear to be just another cozy cafe in Ubud, but if you enter and take a closer look, you will find a few shelves full of healthy food in the corner!

The owners try to keep everything as organic and as local as possible, so they have even started their own farm near Ubud, from which the ingredients used in the cafe are taken!

Homemade jams, chutneys, pure honey from the Bali mountains, spirulina powder and wheatgrass juicer manual – these are some items you can buy from the cafe.
